Solid Area
As the cells in the interstitium expand, spaces are
obliterated, and tumor forms solid areas supplied by thin-walled
vessels. The distinction between the two cell types noted in the
previous photo is lost.
Note again the abundant pink cytoplasm and regular, round nuclei of the tumor cells.
