Axial CT image shows complete occlusion of the right middle lobe bronchus by a lobulated squamous carcinoma that slightly protrudes into the bronchus intermedius.

Note post-obstructive collapse and consolidation involving the right middle lobe, with numerous mucous bronchograms.

Find the tumor protruding into the bronchus intermedius.
