Case 1--Asymptomatic Pulmonary Nodule

Clinical features: A 50-year-old woman was referred to chest clinic when a nodule was discovered on a chest radiograph for another condition. The cells in a fine needle aspirate were diagnosed as malignant by one, and benign by another, cytologist. The nodule was excised.
